Advanced Cybersecurity Academy (ACA) is a Technical Training Academy that is specialized in providing hands on trainings in Cybersecurity field which will serve as a training center of excellence to strengthening the ICT sector and enabling public and private sectors to defend against cyber-attacks.

ACA will be situated as future focus of magnificence for giving proficient preparing as well as consultancy and R&D for basic systems and frameworks.

To be a center of excellence in cybersecurity training at the local and regional levels.

To develop Omanis’ cyber skills in line with a coherent and comprehensive skills framework that is robust,
sustainable and can evolve in line with an irreversible modern threat.

  • Address the national skills gap by designing national career paths for Omani cyber professionals.
  • Help Omani cyber professionals develop their professional careers via practical cyber training.
  • Ensures most effective combination of accredited courses, workplace experience and Continuous Personal Development for Omanis.
  • Determines the Omani national cyber skills strategy in support of national security objectives, provides governance and standards for national cyber capability building.
  • Acts as a head of training profession for all cyber security professionals in the Sultanate.
